Ingredientes

Los ingredientes de esta receta los puedes encontrar en el Mercado de San Antón

100 g de miga de pan de víspera (100 g of eve bread crumbs) Viena La Baguette
1 kg de tomates rojos maduros (1 kg of ripe red tomatoes) La flor de San Anton
1 pimiento verde (1 green pepper) La flor de San Anton
2 dientes de ajo sin el germen (2 cloves of garlic without the germ) 4 hojas
1 dl de aceite de oliva virgen extra suave (1 dl of mild extra virgin olive oil) Oleoteca Murua
2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino blanco seco (2 tablespoons white wine vinegar) Puturru de foie
Sal (Salt)
Guarnición
1 cebolla pequeña (1 small onion) 4 hojas
1 tomate rojo (1 red tomato) La flor de San Anton
50 g de pimiento verde (50 g of green pepper) La flor de San Anton
50 g de pepino (50 g cucumber) 4 hojas
1 huevo cocido (1 boiled egg) Alian
50 g de pan (50 g of bread)

Preparación

  1. Poner la miga de pan a remojo en agua fría durante 20 min.
  2. Trocear los tomates. Abrir el pimiento verde a lo largo, retirar los filamentos y las simientes y trocearlo.
  3. Pelar los dientes de ajo. Poner los ingredientes preparados en el bol de la batidora.
  4. Agregar la miga de pan escurrida, el aceite de oliva, el vinagre y la sal.
  5. Triturar hasta obtener una crema homogénea.
  6. Meter en el frigorífico durante 1 h.
  7. Pelar y picar fino la cebolla. Cortar el tomate y el pimiento sin semillas en dados pequeños. Pelar y trocear el pepino. Picar el huevo cocido y cortar el pan en dados pequeños.
  8. Servir el gazpacho con la guarnición aparte

 

  1. Soak the breadcrumbs in cold water for 20 min.
  2. Chop the tomatoes. Open the green pepper lengthwise, remove the filaments and seeds and chop it.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves. Put the prepared ingredients in the bowl of the mixer.
  4. Add the drained bread crumbs, olive oil, vinegar, and salt.
  5. Blend until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Put in the refrigerator for 1 h.
  6. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the tomato and the seedless pepper into small cubes. Peel and chop the cucumber.
  7. Chop the boiled egg and cut the bread into small cubes.
  8. Serve the gazpacho with the garnish on the side.
